Return &Refund policy
We operate a 30-day return policy after receiving your item, which explains that you have 30 days to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, not missing parts for reasons not due to our error, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, you can contact us at sales@cosmeticsnat.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. ANY RETURNS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will inform you of the follow-up that we give to your refund.
If you are accepted, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account
Please note that we cover the PayPal transaction fee when you buy our products and pay through PayPal, PayPal takes the transaction fee.
If you cancel the order before shipping, you pay the PayPal transaction fee.
Exceptions Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, sales items or gift cards cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items can be refunded.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. These items are specified on their product pages.
Damaged products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.
Provide that you leave incorrect or damaged goods in their original condition and in their original shipping carton.
We cannot replace a damaged shipment unless an appropriate claim has been filed with the carrier or insurance company within that time.
We will do our best to expedite the exchange process, we cannot guarantee the shipping time of the replacement.
Shipping
Shipping costs to return your item and receive the exchanged item are the responsibility of the customer.
In the case of a refund for a product, the shipping costs of the product are not refundable. Return costs will be deducted from your refund.
